After her debut with Dresden Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra, Peter Zacher of Dresdner Neueste Nachrichten (03.01.2011) wrote:

The Lithuanian soloist Rūta Lipinaitytė is known as a specialist for extraordinary violin repepertoire and her interpretation contains accordingly a high degree of authenticity (Miklos Rozsa violin concerto). Highly authentic is also rythmically and metrically varied ductus of the music as well as the way the solo part has been integrated in orchestral happenings. The performance  frequently showed characteristics of a serious duel with both parties delivering strong impulses: the soloist and the orchestra seemed to have tried to surpass each other in surging intensity.
